I’m George Engel—educator, pastor, and leadership coach.

For more than 30 years, I’ve helped people lead from the middle, even when they don’t have the title or authority. Through 23Lead and The Powerless Leader, I equip everyday leaders to grow their influence, communicate clearly, and build healthier teams and cultures.

I specialize in working with small–mid-sized businesses, nonprofits, churches, call centers, government teams, and educators, in any environment where leaders feel responsible but not always in control.
