Book a free 30-minute Discovery Call to discuss your leadership goals, challenges, and the services that best support your growth. This session helps determine the proper coaching, training, or DISC solution for you or your team—no pressure—just clarity, direction, and next steps.
Cancellation Policy
Purpose of the Call This complimentary session is designed to help assess your leadership needs and determine whether coaching, training, or DISC assessments are a good fit for you. It is not a coaching session, consultation, or advisory service. 2. No Guarantees or Professional Advice This call does not provide coaching, counseling, psychological guidance, or legal/HR advice. All information shared is general and exploratory. 3. Scheduling & Attendance Discovery Calls require a confirmed appointment time. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 12 hours in advance. Missed calls or late cancellations may limit your ability to book future complimentary calls. 4. Confidentiality Information shared during the call is confidential and will not be disclosed without your consent, except where required by law. 5. Recording Policy The call may not be recorded without written permission. Recording by 23Lead/GE Leadership Group will only occur with mutual consent. 6. No Obligation Booking a Discovery Call does not obligate you to purchase services, and 23Lead/GE Leadership Group is not obligated to accept every engagement request. 7.
